From the studio
I started making these after a winter of cooking too much rice in the wrong pot. The flameware body is a thermal-shock blend — lithium feldspar, talc, and a high-grog stoneware — that I've been refining for three years.
Use it on low gas flame, in the oven up to 450°F, or in the fridge. Just don't go directly from cold to hot.
