These tiles begin in CAD as a flat field, then get a low-relief drawing that's 3D-printed as a master. The master goes into a plaster mold; the plaster gets hand-pressed with white stoneware; the pressed tile gets fired in oxidation so the colors stay true to the glaze tests.
